These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of findbyface.org (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are an adult and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

2. Nature of the Service

findbyface provides AI-based visual similarity search. Results identify creators who visually resemble an uploaded face and are provided for discovery and entertainment only. Matches are not a determination of identity, and a match percentage does not indicate that two people are the same person.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Upload photos of any person without a lawful basis to do so.
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, defame, threaten, or harm any person.
  • Attempt to identify, locate, or contact individuals against their will.
  • Upload images of minors or any unlawful content.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use results to make decisions about a person's identity, employment, or character.
  • Use Search Stories to reveal or connect a person's private, offline, or legal identity to adult work.
  • Post personal information, leaked or non-consensual material, sexual content involving minors, threats, harassment, impersonation, spam, scams, or instructions for obtaining unlawful content.

4. Search Stories and community contributions

Approved Search Stories and replies are public. Contributions must describe a genuine first-hand experience with the finder or provide constructive, relevant advice. On the Pornstar Finder, you may respectfully reference an established public performer stage name. On the OnlyFans Finder, you may reference a public creator username, but you must not reveal or speculate about a creator's legal name, location, offline identity, or other private information. Follow our Community Guidelines.

You retain ownership of your contribution. By submitting it, you grant findbyface a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute it for operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when the contribution is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal records, or content already incorporated into an aggregate, non-identifying analysis.

We may approve, reject, restrict, or remove contributions and may suspend participation to protect users or enforce these Terms. We do not promise to publish every contribution. We may send neutral service emails about verification, moderation decisions, and approved replies; optional reply notifications can be turned off.

5. Third-party content and links

The Service references publicly available creator profiles and may link to third-party websites such as OnlyFans. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by findbyface and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Creator names and images remain the property of their respective owners. All rights reserved. findbyface.org is neither owned nor affiliated with onlyfans.com, which is a registered trademark of Fenix International Limited.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of matches, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or reflect any real-world identity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, findbyface shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold findbyface harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
